Should I continue to deworm my animal at this time?
In this phase of quarantine we spend more time at home, it is true, however, the importance of deworming is no less important.
Our animals continue to go outside and so do we, even if for short periods, so it is always possible that they become infected with parasites, or we ourselves can carry them on our shoes.
Furthermore, since we spend more time at home, we spend more time with our animals and, therefore, we are at greater risk, especially when it comes to little ones.
Therefore, internal dewormings must continue to be carried out every three months and external dewormings monthly, in the case of pipettes and every three months in the case of using Bravecto®, for example.
If you haven’t dewormed your animal in a long time, you should do so and you should also deworm yourself, going to the pharmacy.
